Open Knowledge Base

If KB requires login:
In Zammad → Knowledge Base settings, ensure:
  • Knowledge Base is enabled and content is published
  • Visibility/Permissions allow Public/Guest (not only Agent/Admin)
  • Locale ro-ro is enabled and has published content
Your screenshot shows permissions only for Admin/Agent — that will force login.
